We recorded data from our bacteria experiment by testing them under a black light. The bacteria tested positive it they glowed a bright color, negative if they did not.
We also reviewed the enzymes:
-helicase
-DNA polymerase III
-DNA polymerase I
-RNA primase
-ligase
